Apples have been grown since ages and easily available everywhere in the world. It is the best fruit for weight loss regime.
It is one of the most nutritious fruit among other fruits, so that’s why even thousand of years ago soldiers used to carry them during wars.
How do Apples help in reduction of weight?
Apple has two compounds fiber and polyphenols which remain undigested. In the colon, they act as food for friendly bacteria and get fermented before digestion.
The compounds in an apple help our body to outweigh that bacteria which develops on junk or fast food, as said by Giuliana Noratto (lead study author and food scientist)
It reduces chronic inflammation by restoring microbial balance, which is responsible for obesity and you won’t feel hungry after eating it. It keeps you full for longer hours.
The best time to eat is after lunch hours approximately after two hours of lunch which will suppress your hunger, and you can have a green tea with it for better results during weight loss regime.
The best way to eat an apple is without cutting and peeling it off.
